Adrian Simpkins Posted May 9, 2024 Posted May 9, 2024 Hi All I was doing a test in our external customer portal and noticed it does not show the HUD? We have the option turned on in the Service Portfolio (1st image) but the portal shows no HUD when viewing a request (image 2) - is this correct? Many thanks as always
