Hello,

It seems that when users are viewing calls in the Request List (having created their own view) and are in light mode, it highlights the call once an update has been made to that call (making it easier for the engineer to see them at first glance rather than relying on notifications).

However when in the same view in Dark mode, it only highlights those calls which are on hold. The bottom two in dark mode highlighted are calls on hold.

Is there anyway to change this so that when using dark mode, it has the same settings as light?

Same on my side. Last week no highlights on either theme, but now the light theme is working alright for updates.

Thanks for the post, following the rollout of the new UI we have been working through some of these highlighting issues.  In the next Service Manager update scheduled to be released next week we have corrected issues with the highlighting of on-hold calls in light mode; dark mode did not use suitable highlights but in the next update we will have row highlighting available with colours based upon the light mode selections.  Hopefully this provide the highlighting you need but we will continue to make improvements on it as needed based on feedback.
