Report for Tickets updated by analysts

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me in creating a report that shows what analysts and staff within a resolver group/team have updated in a day or a specific day/date.

Ideally I would like to be able to break this information down as Incidents updated and Service Requests updated.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If the updates are on the timeline, you maybe able to use the table - h_buz_activities to narrow down your search parameters, you will need to use a SQL Scheme Designer report option. IF you want certain fields, you may have to link the table to other tables but the majority of what you may need is in this table.

You may be able to do other methods but this is what I used to narrow down who was assigning requests to a certain team.
