EWA
We now know that the External Authorisation Expiry time is actual days/hr, min but is it looking at WTC? if not is there a way to attached WTC to ensure Non Working Time in account for? I've got a process which sends out a quote which is only valid for 2 days, so it this is send out Friday - the recipient of the quote won't have much time to respond? Steve Giller
Hi @EWA You can use the Cloud Automation's date utilities to cater for that, but it's a bit cumbersome. If you are looking for extended features on Authorisations the the full Authorisation node (that requires a Collaboration License) may be what you need.
