Email Templates

Hi @mike.penny

There are some new features since you posted your request. It's now possible to group email templates; these groups can then be configured with the Service so that only email templates from the configured group will be visible when the analyst is sending an email from the request.

Once you've created a group, this can be selected in the definition for a specific Request Type within the relevant Service. In the screen shot, Service Requests within the Service are set to use the group "General SR". Click the button under Email Configuration to select the required group.

When you open the Email Action on a Request, the list of templates will display the email templates in the configured group - they may also include the email template defined in the setting "app.email.template.request.sendMessage" within Service Manager.
