Adith
Hi Team, We are trying to start a MS Teams Group chat from a ticket through Auto Tasks and getting an error message (attached below). Unable to identify which 'text' is referred here in the error and what should it be of more than 255 characters. Could you please have a look and help us with this. Regards Adith
Adith
@Steve Giller @Victor - Sorry, could you please have a check on this
Steve Giller
@Adith You have created a Request Notice with text that has more than 255 characters. Reduce the number of characters to remove this error.
Berto2002
After fixing this, if you get issues with the iBridge KeySafe Token for Teams not working, go here:

Is there any way to see what is the error received from ''Create Teams Chat' node. We haven't made any recent changes to the workflow and it was working fine until last week. Hence, I doubt it might be because of the error been sent from the node, but I am not sure where to check for that particular error outcome. If that's what you've configured, that's what must be too long. You'll either need to ensure you truncate it with one of the String Utilities, or post it to the Timeline instead to see what the message being returned is. This error will be from Microsoft Teams, so Hornbill will have no control over its content.

Berto2002
HB have confirmed there were issues with the iBridge tokens to Teams and I gather they fixed today so renew your token and should pick-up.
