All Questions to be emailed

Is there a quick way, rather than mapping each question to a custom Field" to have all questions and answers inserted into an email and then send to a specific users .

I suggested to adding the required person as a connection into the call, so that they can view all the info but they require a copy for filling.

Two easy options here:

1. Map all the questions to a single TEXT Custom Field, and send an email that uses that field as a variable. I would recommend clearing the field after sending the email in this case.
2. Add them as connections as suggested, and print the Request.
