Go to If error for Authorisation - Unsure of why

Hello Everyone,

i've been trying to create an a workflow authorisation that uses get user details as the main reference point for the email, however, when i test the workflow, it keeps giving me a go to if error.

 

Can anyone please tell me where i'm going wrong with this?

No Matching GotoIf errors are discussed here.

Basically, if there's no "No Match" branch you are almost guaranteed to encounter these at some point.

Looking at the Workflow above you are failing to cater for:

• The Authorisation expiring
• The email failing to send

There may be other scenarios I haven't thought of.
