Report extract limit ?

Hi Team,

Is there a limit for data in report while downloading ?

We have a report that pulls data from start of the year, the data preview section shows data but if we run the report and open the downloaded file it doesn't contain any data. 

Is this because of a huge data load ?

We experience a row limit of 25,000 records but in such cases, we do get 25,000 rows downloaded which is a truncated subset of the full results; we do not get zero results as you show here. So looks like another issue with your extract.

Exactly @Berto2002. If I trim the date logged constraint to say a month data, I am getting the results. But that's not what we wanted.
