A Request did not come off hold today when Customer posted a Comment against a post

Which release are you referring to?
Service Manager was on Monday, not today - I'm assuming that's the area you're seeing that as you've posted in the Service Manager forum.

However, I've just tested with both Updates and Comments from the Customer, and both have taken my Request off hold.

Hi Steve. I'm referring to Tuesday morning on our 'install date'. However, we will monitor this over the next few days. We definitely had one such case on Weds.
