We have begun the import of our assets to Hornbill,however we allocate kit to the user but and they are unable to see what has been allocated to them. We attempted to used the device option which we subsequently discovered is for registering a device to use the app and had assumed this would allocate against the user.

How do we allow the user to view the assets that are assigned to them from the Hornbill user portal?

as long as the user is the owned by or used by of an asset they will appear on these built in forms for them

@taranveer.atwal I can't put an ETA on it i''m afraid, it is however currently in development.  I would not be expecting it to make it into a Service Manager update in the next couple of weeks but as soon as we have visibility of which Service Manager update it will be included in, we'll post back here and let you know.
