taranveer.atwal Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 We have begun the import of our assets to Hornbill,however we allocate kit to the user but and they are unable to see what has been allocated to them. We attempted to used the device option which we subsequently discovered is for registering a device to use the app and had assumed this would allocate against the user. How do we allow the user to view the assets that are assigned to them from the Hornbill user portal?

I would not be expecting it to make it into a Service Manager update in the next couple of weeks but as soon as we have visibility of which Service Manager update it will be included in, we'll post back here and let you know.
