Spinx Posted October 9, 2023 Posted October 9, 2023 If an analyst belongs to multiple teams, how does Hornbill know which team the ticket was raised by? e.g. Joe Bloggs belongs to Service Desk and Networking Teams. Joe raises a ticket. Which team does the system think raised the ticket?
