EWA Posted September 22, 2023 Posted September 22, 2023 I thought I'd find easily doc to explain to me how to schedule and view all scheduled requests but unfortunately that's not the case. https://docs.hornbill.com/servicemanager-config/administration/scheduled-requests#adding-a-scheduled-request - this document doesn't tell how to get to the screen where the schedule can be set up. Therefore, dear community can you please advise how I can find an existing scheduled request that I need to amend description.

EWA Posted September 22, 2023 Author Posted September 22, 2023 thanks Armando, this surely can't be a new feature, as we have exiting scheduled request and I've got a request to amend the summary and description as currently the request is not very useful as missing essential details. 1
James Ainsworth Posted November 30, 2023 Posted November 30, 2023 Hi @EWA In the mentioned Schedule Request document there is a section that explains how to access this feature. At the time of your original post, this feature wasn't available. However, you may have been using an older utility that was available outside of the Service Manager app that provided something similar. I'm hoping that you have had a chance to review the new scheduled request feature. Let us know if you have any questions.
