Hi 

 

Is there an issue with Hornbill single sign in as we are getting this message and cannot sign into the portal

if we sign in manually we see a random user gets created

anyone else seeing this or have any ideas?

You System appears to be set up to Auto Provision Users, and from the message these are being given a Type of User and/or Application Subscription Roles in the User Template.

This has caused you to reach the limit of your available licenses.

Assuming the screenshot is of the User ID your Auto Provisioning may not be set up correctly, I would suggest you review the Single Sign On Profiles documentation and its related User Templates page and check the setup.

Has something changed then as it has been working fine all this time then suddenly this morning no one can sign in ?  Ive checked our settings and all seems correct If i turn off the autoprovision then I stil get an account cannot be authorised , it is happening for all our staff basic users and users

Can you check with your Identity Provider and in your Hornbill SSO configuration whether anything has changed with the name Id being sent from the IDP or the Hornbill attribute it's matching with.

The line of random characters looks unusual for a name attribute - although this could be intended in your setup, we have no way of knowing.
