Paul Chambers Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 We have a change management process for updating user availability if the user is unable to do this themselves, and we are currently having to update the availability and availability message fields manually but would like to do this automatically via our existing business process. Therefore, could you please add Availability and Availability message as options to Hornbill Automation Task Update User Profile. Thanks. 1
