Asset Filters in built in form

Hi, 

 

For some reason when setting the asset form to only show assets of a certain state it is not doing so? I can still see all archived assets of mine

Is there away to filter the 'customer assets' section via status and owned or used by as it seems to be getting all owned or used by regardless of status

The "Hide" options refer to the various tabs on the form.
The "Select" options refers only to the Asset Search where this is available.

The configuration in the image (or the visible bit) will hide the "Service" tab, and restrict searching on the "All" tab to Archived Assets.

is there anyway in the 'search term' I could pass in a variable of the users id or name then? I've tried the {{user.userid}} variable but it seems to take it literally
