Hi - just wondering if anyone knows how to assign a specific activity template to a ticket that is raised for a specific category.  I have new starter tickets raised and I'd like a new "starter checklist" activity template to be assigned automatically when the ticket is raised.  Hopefully, someone might know how.  Thanks in advance. Mike

Activity Templates are applicable to manually created Activities, from the post above it looks like you're after a checklist to be used in a BPM Human Task, which don't have Templates, however as they are created by the Business Process, they will be the same each time, and so effectively you could call them Templates.

If you review the BPM Human Tasks page I think this will give you what you need, if you have any questions after that please post back here.
