R Hicks Posted July 3, 2023 Share Posted July 3, 2023 I am trying to set up a list where someone selects the building that they are in when reporting an issue with a printer, and want to connect that with other simple lists so if specific sites are selected supplementary inform like room number or floor is prompted for. So far I have not been able to find out how to access the list from intelligent capture form lists. I can see the list at https://live.hornbill.com/<instance name>/admin/platform/accounts/sites/ or under Platform configuration, Users and Guest access, Office locations. But I its is not a simple list and Data Query option does not give it as an option. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jim Posted July 3, 2023 Share Posted July 3, 2023 set a dynamic drop down select box and try Data query -> Get All Sites, I believe at UI level it got translated to say office locations but behind the scenes it is very much still Sites mines conditional so ignore the ticked options as your's may be different, mapping directly to h_site is useful also as it adds it to the site requests Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
