I have not been able to do this via BPM and raised a Support ticket in the past, but advised this would be an enhance feature back in last October 2022. RELEASE Tried this but fails (I set the start & end time from now as defined field with date and time from Get Request Info via Intelligent capture). From Now" so the implication here is that an interval is required, so a format specified by the ISO 8601 Time Interval standard would be required - specifically Option 4: Duration only Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
