ui issue In Dark Mode, screen changes back to White when retrieving a case or clicking on a link.

When using Dark Mode, the application still changes to a white screen when clicking on a link or using a quick search. This in essence causes a flash of white before the page it then loaded again.

The retrieval screen and spinning hornbill logo should honour the screen mode of the user session.

I've reproduced this behaviour and development will add it to their ongoing improvements to Dark Mode.
