Berto2002 Posted May 3 Share Posted May 3 I would like a Customer and/or their Collaborator/s to be able to get a report of their ticket on demand if they wish. This would be a "Print Ticket" option on the portal page. The print from the browser feature gives a rubbish result so it needs to be a more of a feature like the Print option that is used by the Full Users; to produce a PDF (but with the presets set to only include Updates by Customers/Collaborators and those with visibility of Customer.
