Problem Identification

Does anyone have any reports to help identify potential "problems"?

I'm keen on some semi-automatic way of spotting a trending issue so it can be dealt with as a problem. It's all well and good for the obvious problems, but it's those sneaky "once in a blue moon" repeat offenders which often get missed until they escalate.

Do you have a more detailed description of what you're trying to achieve?

If you're looking to catch multiple requests about the same issue then Request Categories could listed by frequency, but this wouldn't be an automatic process.
