Image size in Email Templates doesn' match the size in the Mail i get

Hello All,

I need help i tried to add a picture to our email template but the size in the email i get is everytime the same it doesn't matter what size i set in the Template.

Do you have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

I believe this was something weird to do with using percent opposed to pixels or visa versa. hopefully this helps, something about outlook doesn't recognise the px ???

What does your html code say behind the template?

We use this spec: <span style="color:#000000;font-size:14px;font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"> and 14px is 10.5pt

@Jim @Berto2002 Thanks for your help. I have managed it. I changed the original picture size and the it was fine.
