Hi,

It would be great to have a way to capture the cumulative time spent in Status or Sub-status, no matter how many times it loops back and forth.

If a ticket moves from one sub-status like In Progress to On-Hold and then back to in Progress, it would be great if the time spent in each status is summed up.

I don't have any concrete news on this suggestion, but I am aware that the suggestion has been picked up by Development.

Keep an eye on this thread and the Roadmap Library in your Solution Center for any updates.
