Alistair Young Posted April 17, 2023 Share Posted April 17, 2023 Hi all, Is it only possible to view IN and SR call classes using the Requests widget on the Employee Portal? Why do I ask? - I was hoping to expose CH and RM tickets to business owners as part of the approval process and I can't find any configuration to determine which call classes are exposed. Steve Giller Posted May 19, 2023 Share Posted May 19, 2023 By design the Request widget shows a Customer Requests that they have raised - as Changes and Releases are not raised by an individuals in the way that Incidents and Service Requests are, these are not visible in the Requests Widget.
