Is there a way that Live Chat could be accessed from the Hornbill login page to ESS? We don't have any other portals on our instance, just the one, but it's been asked if our chat could be accessed without a user having to log into Hornbill first. We're looking at some other ways to what we already have in place for users to contact us if they have an account issue, and this is something that was put forward, that I'm looking into.
