QEHNick
We currently have 36 out of 38 "Subscription Utilisation", however when I want to convert an account from Basic to User, I am informed "The user type field is disabled as there are no alternative types left on your subscription." What's going on?
Martyn Houghton
@QEHNick Have you also got enough Service Manager licenses as well as Collaboration (User) ones? Cheers Martyn
Steve Giller
The screenshot does not show which subscription those numbers refer to. The most likely explanation is that you are looking at an Application Subscription, which is specific to an individual Application rather than the Collaboration licenses with apply to a User's Basic/Full status. QEHNick
Well I can't see "Collaboration" on our licensing usage. Where is that hidden?
Steve Giller
It's on the Usage tab:
QEHNick
It's ok, I've found what I was looking for. It comes down to a misunderstanding of, well, everything really.
