Hi,

We have had 3 failed business processes this morning due to Get Card ID node failed.

This seems to be something to do with permissions to the boards.

We have not changed anything.

Is there an issue with the boards?

Hi Steve,

I have just checked and looks like one of the approvers does not have that role.

I did not realise this was needed.

Thank you I will update their role.

@Steve Giller we have also problems with boards today. this was working fine last weeks. did you change something in the settings of roles and access levels? because we never needed that role you mention.

The last update to Board Manager was on 6th February so there are no changes that I'm aware of to Roles or anything else in the Board Manager app.

The Board BPM Access Role has been available since 2018 and is required for any Full, Basic, or Guest User without a Board Manager Role who directly or indirectly (e.g. by updating a Request which then triggers a Board action) interacts with a Board Manager Board.
