I have tried turning all the below options to Off and then saving. But when I refresh the page they haven't saved so the rule remains active... James Ainsworth Posted March 10, 2023 Share Posted March 10, 2023 Hi @will.good There is a bit of a UI fix that is needed here. A rule requires that either the Use Mailbox or Use Operation is selected, and the UI makes it appear that you can have them both set to off and save it.
