Berto2002 Posted February 22, 2023 Share Posted February 22, 2023 There's a really obvious column 'missing' from the selection list for Request List Views: Resolution Category! Surely I'm not the first to want this? There is only "Category" and that is the "Request Category" (on opening) but, of course, my teams also want to know the Resolution Category when filtering their Resolved and Closed Requests.
