will.good Posted February 22, 2023 Share Posted February 22, 2023 Hi, Can we please open up the ability to customise desktop notifications? The current config seems strangely limited. The only Desktop notifications that can be enabled / disabled are Live Chat currently. We want to use desktop notifications for Live Chat for our analysts, but if they turn on desktop notifications they get the below also, which are defaulted to ON and cannot be changed. will.good Posted March 9, 2023 Author Share Posted March 9, 2023 @Steve Giller I've tried resetting all settings in guest.app.requests.notification.notificationType to their default values and still cannot change those desktop notifications. It would be helpful to know which settings are driving those desktop notifications in the background. For me, ALL the desktop notification toggles on that page are turned off.
