Sites not allowing site manager update

Hi

I have just changed over all of our sites and wanted to populate the site managers.  Unfortunately they didn't go through when I uploaded the csv so thought I would try manually, but I keep getting this message on every site I try, any ideas?

Hi Tracey,

Difficult to say.  I see that you have Premier Success.  It might be worth raising a request with support to have a look, as they will be able to look at the underlying data to see what might be causing this.
