Could it be possible to search the Direct Outbound Message for things like:

Email address
Summaries
Words in the body of the email

This would make it easier to manage some of the authorisations and help our Service Desk manage them.

@Jeremy what do you mean by "makes it easier to manage autorisations"? Manage them in what way?

To be able to authorise on behalf of people or be able to change the authorisor etc, as we have these options within the external authorisation emails.

Also it means that we can check to see if an email has been sent to the authorisor if questioned, as apart from putting something in the bpm (update timeline etc) there is no way to know if an email has been sent from the request.

Having just gone live, it is difficult to determine what is happening when our users tell us the notifications were not received as we cannot search these messages.

Also, for general trouble-shooting, it would make life much easier.
