Jeremy Posted February 16 Share Posted February 16 Could it be possible to search the Direct Outbound Message for things like: Email address Summaries Words in the body of the email This would make it easier to manage some of the authorisations and help our Service Desk manage them. Jeremy Posted February 16 Author Share Posted February 16 Also it means that we can check to see if an email has been sent to the authorisor if questioned, as apart from putting something in the bpm (update timeline etc) there is no way to know if an email has been sent from the request.
