QEHNick Posted February 8, 2023 Share Posted February 8, 2023 From HOME, going into "Co-Workers". When selecting the "Organisation" the results are displayed briefly before disappearing. Changing any of the other selectors doesn't force it to appear, neither does a refresh of the page. This behaviour is seen in MS EDGE and Chrome browsers. James Ainsworth Posted February 8, 2023 Share Posted February 8, 2023 Hi @QEHNick Could you confirm that the organisation group that you are selecting has members associated with it by going into Configuration and viewing the organisational group from there? What I have found is that when selecting an organisational group within the co-worker list is that it briefly shows results from the previously selected list along with the members of the selected group. It may have a slightly lower priority as it is just a UI refresh issue and the correct data is being displayed. No timeframes yet, but it will get fixed in a future update.
