If you're doing this within the Workflow, e.g: there are options to copy the Summary, Description, Category and a number of other fields. Steve Giller Posted February 6, 2023 Share Posted February 6, 2023 That button would raise a linked request going through the normal Capture including selecting a Service/Catalog Item. Linked Requests are just that, there is not a Parent and Child Request (although you can make them behave in that way using the correct workflow setup) and any Request can be linked to any number of other Requests so there is no "Get Parent Request" node available as that wouldn't make sense. I would recommend using a Custom Button with a Workflow behind it to Raise a Linked Request and copy the values you need. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
