QEHNick Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 Good morning. Has anyone experienced a change in there DKIM record in SM? Our cyber team are reporting that the record in SM is different to the one submitted. The difference is that some of the characters towards the end of the string have swapped case. Lower to upper, upper to lower etc. This is peculiar as when it was submitted it was in the correct case (I still have the email chain with the string), but now it's in SM, there have been changes.
