Authorisation nodes

Hi.

 

Is there a way to attach all the files that have been uploaded to the authorisation node so that the user has all the information to hand before making their decision on whether to approve/reject the node.

This sounds like using Connections would be the best way to share access to the Attachments. Connections are explained on the wiki page. If you have additional questions after reviewing that page please post back here.

Also, to add to this, if you using Authorisation Tasks (not external authorisations) and the people doing the authorisation have at least a collaboration license, they are given read-only access to the request from the point of receiving the authorisation task until it has been accepted or rejected.
