Amanda Durgan
Hi As of this morning some of the Team cannot access the asset history and are getting this error: You do not have sufficient application rights to invoke this operation. You need the right: app.d.viewAssetAuditTrail I cannot see any obvious changes to roles that may explain this - is this likely to be a Hornbill issue or something else, can anyone help me please? Thanks.
Steve Giller
The Asset Management Admin is the Role which was intended to have the rights to view the audit trail - this was previously not being enforced, which was incorrectly allowing the Asset Management User Role to also view the trail. This has been corrected, however we have reviewed this internally and the Asset Management User Role will also have this right from the next Service Manager update. In the meantime granting the Asset Management Admin Role will allow Users to view the Audit Trail.
