Updates to requests with linked requests

Hello,

If a user reports an incident and other incidents are then linked to it, is there a way to notify/email all linked requests when sending an update?

I have taken a look at the wiki but cannot see anything specifically about linked requests and notifications/updates.

Is there a way to do this or would it be an idea for an enhancement?

Hi,

Any update on this? I would also like a way to email all tickets that are linked together, i can update all the tickets at once but no way to notifying the customer of the update.
