customise the "request actions" pane for multiple tickets

Hi guys - when you select multiple tickets in the request view you can select the cog at the tog and "request actions" will pop up - is there a way to customize what is on this screen?

 

ie we'd like to remove the old boards option (and probably the new one too as we automate our boards), and also add an Assign section/button, to allow us to assign multiple tickets at once to a different team.

The Service Manager (old) Boards option will not display if you turn on the app.itsm.boards.disableServiceManagerBoards setting.

I've not seen this popup without the Assignimage.pngbutton so I'm not sure if this is based on a setting or the status of the requests you're selecting, e.g. one or more of the selected requests does not allow assignment.

This is what I get when I select multiple tickets, I get the option, hightlighted, to assign multiple tickets to teams/owners: image.png.575417b5a52afb3bf8475d95f20e94fb.png

Could it be a setting you've got setup? I don't recall having to make changes to get it to appear, I just remember seeing it one day!

Just adding something onto this, is there a way of utilising the 'Request Actions' setting, to be able to bulk update a status? 

Is there a setting I can enable to allow this? to possibly put in place of the Boards icon in the image in my post above?
