Lost all views
A subsequent fix has now been deployed to address the issue on a number of instances that failed to be patched initially.
We are aware of some instances still experiencing the issue following the patch. We are looking into this.
The fix has now been deployed and the issue should now been resolved.
We have identified the issue and we prepared a fix that is currently being deployed.
We are aware of as number of issues this afternoon impacting the ability to view request lists and access services. We are looking into a solution with the highest priority.
