Hi All

So since the issue earlier it does appear I can get into Service Manager fine but I have had this error 3 times - it goes after a refresh but didn't see this until after the issue this morning. Anyone else seeing this at all please? It is also taking around 10 seconds to load anything - click on a request 10 seconds, click on a service in the portfolio 10 seconds?

it's taking a while for our users to login but also we are seeing that when logging emails the customer is not being picked up via their email address however when you go to search for them they appear so it looks like something is broken in the PCFs/ICs too

The customer not being picked up is what we're experiencing at the moment. Do we need to do anything ourselves or will it be something Hornbill fix globally?

Hi Jan

Might be worth raising a support ticket Jan as I have just tried raising from an email and it offers my logons and I select my name but it is not auto populating. Looks like a different issue to the timeout error
