Hi - we are currently unable to load the system - just getting a whirly load image:

Ours is okay for what is already open but will not load any new tabs.

I can access admin backend, but I am unable to load Service Manager to view any requests

Seems to be working again now for us, albeit with a new orange bar across the top of the screen when loading the page.  Try refreshing if still not working

That'll be down to the UI update -

Looks like it has rectified itself as back up for us now after a reload

Apologies to all affected by the outage, affected instances should be coming back on line now.  I will have a further update shortly with the root cause.
