Choose delimiter in csv

Please could we choose the delimiter when exporting a report to csv? For example, I would like to use a semicolon instead of a comma.

I'm not aware of any plans to offer this (it is a "comma separated values" file, after all) but I've tagged the post as an Enhancement.
