James Ainsworth Posted December 1, 2022 Share Posted December 1, 2022 Hi @Blowerl The URL that you are using would be a valid link for a subscribed Service Manager user that would take you to the request list. If you need a link for the end users, this link https://live.hornbill.com/mvdc/catalog/com.hornbill.servicemanager/request/SR00000XXX/ would take the user to the Employee Portal which the basic users will have access to. Does this same email get sent to both customers/end user and the analysts/support staff? If that is the case, there are ways of providing both links.
