Berto2002 Posted November 29, 2022 Share Posted November 29, 2022 One of my team has been asked to "extract the answers from the Questions field in all the tickets of a certain type". This is IC form data that the workflow has not committed to custom fields (as I could have done if reporting was a requirement :-) 1. Is there any way to do this other than manually? I.e. is IC data stored anywhere? 2. If I want to store all the answers to the IC form questions in a single field, is there a fastpath aproach in the BPM nodes following a "GET PCF Answers" node to be able to this?
