chriscorcoran Posted November 27, 2022 Share Posted November 27, 2022 I have a service that users complete a number of custom questions, once the call is logged, I need to be able to show the questions and answers in the email template. James_R Posted November 28, 2022 Share Posted November 28, 2022 Hi - I set the below nodes to obtain the info (Request > GetRequestInfo > ProgressiveCaptureAnswers) then set as custom (RequestUpdate > Request > CustomFields) at the start of the process, which I then pick up in the email template 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
