Ticket not appearing in the Manage Executed Processes Area

Hi,

I have a process that creates new tickets from it depending on the customer's input.

Some of the new tickets created from this process are not seen in any of the areas under the Manage Executed Processes area.

Has anyone seen this before and any ideas how i can see where in the process these new tickets are at.

Panic over, i have worked out why it was not showing.

The name of the Catalogue Item had been changed so there was no Business process for it to follow.

Suggestion for future enhancement, when creating a new ticket from a business process, in the Catalogue item could this be a dropdown of all items available.
