Can there be an option to change the text to bold, italics as a minimum?

Preview Mode takes a plain-text entry (so no formatting at all, I'm afraid) and inserts that into the message variable for the default template set on that Service/Request Type.

Text Editor

This is a more simplistic version of the editor which provides a plain text editor that simply injects the text into a defined email template behind the scenes.
