Steve Giller Posted November 10, 2022 Share Posted November 10, 2022 Preview Mode takes a plain-text entry (so no formatting at all, I'm afraid) and inserts that into the message variable for the default template set on that Service/Request Type. From the wiki page: Text Editor This is a more simplistic version of the editor which provides a plain text editor that simply injects the text into a defined email template behind the scenes.
