Regardless of whether they're using it, the issue will still be affecting everybody if it's on the Platform.
If they aren't using that feature they may not see it, but this is why you move an affected User onto another machine - if the issue follows them it rules out an issue with the machine - likewise if another User has the issue on that machine but not their own it confirms an issue local to the machine.

Hi,

We are still getting this error on our instance this morning. Is this still pending a fix?

The one User with the dark mode issue has tried it on her laptop, cleared the cache on laptop tried again, still not working, also she has the same issue if she tries it on her mobile, and home PC so could it be profile related for her? All other Users who use dark mode have reported no issues
